Yes, textures are/will be procedural as well :)

In the end, the only "assets" will be sound effects and music. And code, if you consider that an asset.

well,there is a problem with that,one of my teachers worked on a project for that,but ran into something called the framing problem or something along that sort, where to tell a computer a problem you need to tell it everything about that problem and so you need to tell it everything about the universe.
