Re: Better Version Of GLC For Linux Game Capturing
If this works I will love you long time. I have tried everything in the book to get a good Linux replacement for FRAPS (including GLC), but to no avail. Haven't seen this project yet though...so fingers crossed
Thanks!

Re: Better Version Of GLC For Linux Game Capturing
Well, didn't care too much for this workflow...still too complex compared to FRAPS. But! You inspired me to check again to see if I could find an easy solution for linux...and this time I came up with simplescreenrecorder, which I somehow missed. So far have had great luck with it...may just be the answer!
Will be sooooo happy if I can record without switching to windows

I use Open Broadcaster, but it's not for linux yet. They suggest simplescreenrecorder as an alternative on their forum so using it as you are is probably your best bet.
