Tis the circles my boy, nipples, the navel, and genitals form the same pattern as a face with eyes, nose and mouth. There are numerous such patterns which repeat with different exaggerations throughout the human body. Humans are procedural math rendered in organic chemistry.Talvieno wrote:Dammit, DWMagus, now I can't unsee it!DWMagus wrote:I also realized I'm more likely to see a pair of breasts than eyes.

When I look at this I can only imagine the foundation for some really cool semi-organic looking alien ship designs. Perhaps this could be fed into the procedural ship generator in some way?Vartul wrote:http://www.weavesilk.com

wELL THAT'S JUST LIKE,,, SOMETHING PEOPLE TEND TO LIKE, i DUNNO,Keon wrote:Just an interesting thought, especially since Josh's last devlog included making things that look a lot like them procedurally. I still think faces would be better for individuals, but for factions, rather than actors, shapes more inspired by the abstract-ish shapes of the zodiac symbols could work better.
