I'm currently planning out the early part of BTE, and without spoiling anything, I can say it's going to be a lot more exciting than REKT: GTD... If all goes well. :ghost:

REKT:GTD was pretty dang exciting if you ask me. We had drama, suspense, murderous goats and even some romance. It was the worst of times, it was the... well hardly the best of times, but you get what I'm saying ;)

Much fun was had.

I know. I mean it'll flow a lot better. I want to give the players more freedom - both in mission, and out of mission. I want it to be fun all the time.

Yes, the nemesis status thing already makes me very excited. :D
(think we should probably focus on the medbay first - no limb replacement after a first mission and months of recover time is... bad)

I considered adding Research Labs as a stat, but to be honest... that's something I'd rather not put a limitation on. :D For private, secret reasons.

Well, you won't have to worry about it for the first mission. The first mission has a few absolute requirements for continuing the story, so I'll be picking those out myself.
