"Roger."
Put down on the ground, and power off the CASKET
Hop out with all my stuff.
Head over to Blake's CASKET when he lands and hop on it.
Hold my riot shield facing the alien structure.
If the CASKET comes under fire,
-Jump off and follow/escort the ship.
-If I am not being shot at,
--Return fire with the lasgun.
-else if I am being shot at, not just Blake,
--Keep the riot shield up.
--If the shots are powerful enough to penetrate/otherwise get through the shield,
---dodge
--else if given a clear shot at whatever's attacking and it's small enough to be hurt by the pistol,
---return fire with the pistol.
else if Blake is not under fire
-keep sitting on his CASKET.
-Try not to fart.

"Well that was a fcuking blast! Payback here, all good on my end reading you loud and clear. Fcuk what a ride! What's the plan of attack Chief?""
Send flak fire data to Squidhead.
Land CASKET.
Run a check for any damage to CASKET.
Grab equipment.
Take quick look around for enemies.
Exit CASKET.

If enemies spotted:
- Use CASKET as cover
- Aim and Fire Gauss Rifle at nearest enemy.
Else if no enemies spotted:
- Meet up with Dino.

Although the transition to consciousness was instant and jarring, Ysavva still felt the groginess of long oversleeping. She stretched her arms and legs in the dark confines of the CASKET and the bulk of her armour as much as she could, but it just wasn't enough to hit the spot. Next she ran her gauntleted hand over her visor as if to scrape the crusty grogginess from her eyes, but it only helped a little bit - the effect was more mental than it actually helped. Tartarus had made this technology work well, but didn't have much care for making it a smooth ride.

SCAMPS's ever-scarcastic tone chirped into the darkness and the words "Good fukcin' morning to you too, asshole" rang into her mind, but she kept quiet. The mission hadn't even started and she was already tired of the platoon's arguments from the briefing room, and this wake up call wasn't helping. Nonetheless she was ready for the mission.

******

"Affirmative, Cha0zz. Finger on the trigger."

Scan my surroundings for any threats, paying attention to the display TARGET display in my visor.
Once the first scan is finished, scan again while trying to use Quantum Vision to see if anything stands out.
Start a systems check to make sure the ship is OK.

"Kalla this is response from Squads one and four. We appear to be in tact. Report on your squad?"

"Hey, BFett, if you're done scanning, can you work out Kalla's position from our ship communications with her?"

Stay ready to identify and respond to any threats.

((Scan it with what? I have a scanner? :ghost: ))

Prioritize injuries, repairs, and orders from Hema.

Once we arrive at the structure, scan it.

Use the Sharp-Solid Bolts as scrap and welding material in order to build fake, easily destroyed, fortifications. Guess where the enemy will first look, and put in there. Give them a target to shoot at. Build the actual fortifications, consisting of small little thick walls that reach up to Hema's shoulder, and are at least as wide as he is tall, in a place that the enemy probably won't look.

Tell the Squad that you're building a fall-back point for them.

If orders contradict the fortifications creation

-shoot Hema a dirty look.

-Then use the Sticky-Cable-reel bolts to glue a Magnetic-Explosive bolt to a bunch of Syringe-Acid bolts, makeshift acid grenades. Make a lot of them.

-Don't tell the Squad that you're building a fall-back point for them.
:ghost:

(I really should have mentioned the fortifications in the briefing. There is no time limit, so I can afford to take this slow. ))

((Also, Talv, please don't make Unit 4965 shoot Hema. I like my life, and while attempting to team-kill my leader would probably make me a lot more dangerous to the enemy in combat, I would prefer it if my allies didn't get 'Assisted a Suicide' added to their list of crimes. :ghost: ))

"We probably triggered a defense system when the attack started. That means there is something here to protect."

S2 Channel: "Dak, you and I are the ones with ship weapons here. We should move slightly ahead on each side of Hema. Maybe have Unit cover the rear flank while we move up?"

"Hema, should we fire on any AA turrets we see?"

Place myself several meters on the left side of Hema and follow his lead.

Keep an eye out for movement and AA turrets.
If I see something hostile
- Alert the Squad
- If Charley is not shooting something else
-- Wait for him to zap it
-- If it survives the zapping
--- Shoot it once with my railgun

- If Charley is firing on something else
-- Fire on the target with railgun

If Dak fires on something
- If it survives
-- Shoot it once
- If it dead
-- Keep looking for targets

If I see any AA buildings
- Fine on one with my railgun, aiming for the weaker looking points.
Passively examine the buildings, cave entrance, and the surrounding area.

"Just reporting in. I'm fine as well, at least for now..."

Make sure all CASKET systems are properly working
if a CASKET system isn't working due to a software-related reason:
-Try and fix it up

Analyze my surroundings visually
if I notice something odd, but not immediately threatening:
-Alert my allies and lock my weapons on to the object, but don't fire unless attacked
else if I spot something obviously threatening(e.g. a turret pointing in my or an allies direction):
-Alert my allies and try to destroy it with the Microwave field manipulator
else if there are no noteworthy objects in sight:
-Experiment with the dust by trying to manipulate it with my Magnetic field manipulator. Only try to manipulate dust that is distant from our position
-Relay any interesting findings to allies

while the turn is happening:
-Don't move from my current position unless forced to by attackers

"I have no idea where I even am right now," she radios back. "We're inside the dome, somewhere... According to the compasses, I think we're to the northwest of the objective. I'm not sure how far away, but we're going to start heading in that direction. You guys should head there too - we'll group up at the waypoint."

Hema wrote:Kalla, I can hear you. What's the status of your squad? Where are you? We're located at 10E right now"[/u]
She answers you. "My squad is fine. We touched down... on some kind of ridge. Fallen and his crew is in a crevasse down to the right of us. I can see your location on the map. It looks like you guys all managed to touch down close to where you were supposed to."

outlander4 wrote:"Well shit. Kalla, Foreigner reporting, G10 is where we've landed. So much for the planning."
"At least we're all still alive," Kalla points out. "That's all that matters. Trig's ship took some damage on the way down, but we didn't get a good look at what caused it. He's all right, at least."

Dinosawer wrote:"Kai'isha, are you okay?"
"I'm... I'm fine," you hear her say. She seems somewhat frightened. "I don't know what just happened... or where we are." Typical for her, but at least she's still alive. "Are you guys okay? I didn't see where you landed."
