There's a blowtorch in the repair kit, so a dropshiekd might be more useful with your poor dodge stats.

But if it's a DROPshield, how should it help you when it drops on the ground and falls over?

They don't fall over. Actually you can shoot through them; they're one-way energy barriers.

Added all but the crossbow. It's worth noting that you're picking these out rather late. If you had requested an item change/addition, I would have been forced to refuse it. The crossbow I'm declining because you're only supposed to have four combinations.
