So, with the addition of heavy weaponry we now have quite a bit of infantry gear, and Tal and I had a chat about how to present this on the wiki. We see the following options:

• Split the page into separate pages per category, like the ship gear is. (categories would be something like conventional, unconventional, exotic, Items and Tools, Suits and Extensions, Anatomic stuff)
• Keep the current system of putting each category in a collapsible and decollapsing the part you want to see
• Removing the collapsibles and making a giant page with everything on it

Waddaya say?

As mentioned before, If the Infantry lists get any bigger than they are now, put in separate pages for them. *Votes Squirrel*

Well, it's already the length of the ship weapons together at this point, and it's not gonna get better once Tal adds descriptions for all heavy weapon and more suit extensions.

Note to self: don't include squirrels in serious poll

People said I was lazy to not want to click extra, so I illustrated why I don't think it gives a good overview.
Edit: Also, the TOC on top doesn't even work unless you first scroll down to uncollapse the thing you wanna see which kinda defeats the point of having a TOC.

Ship: Infantry

It's the difference between having everything on one page, and navigating twenty pages to find what you want.

Because people don't know if they use conventional or unconventional on foot, but they do in ships?
I don't need to go looking "through" pages, because the pages have titles which tells you what stuff is on them

/me is lazy and does not want to have to edit dozens of pages when he could just edit one

*does not want to edit 3 or 4 pages when he can edit one, despite the fact that he doesn't even do all of the weapons in one go and thus has to reopen the page anyway
