I'll take one kind of like that but with brown hair and a dark grey shirt. Less messy hair would be neat also.

Will do. Perhaps some more detail? Features? If not thats okay.

Try to go for a shirt like this and give him a nice haircut so it doesn't look so messy. Don't use gel in his hair! Besides that just try matching the colors that I used and I think he'll look good.
