What the tin says, what games would you like to see / try to recreate with the godly moddability of LT?
I'd really like to see Sword of the Stars recreated, because it has so much potential, and so much one coukd do with it if the engine wasnt as inflexible.

I was kinda serious though - mod the ship algorithm to make low-poly based ship meshes (+greebles), make a realistic universe mod, supercruise drive, make the jump drive cheap et voila, the game E:D should have beenCornflakes_91 wrote:Never to soon for that one

One of my greatest hopes is that the single player offline Elite: Dangerous game arises, phoenix like, someday and restores my only shattered dream which had a connection to crowdfunding.
I could never associate Limit Theory with such a personal disaster because I see Josh Parnell's work through the eyes of the Freelancer enthusiast.
I would like to see a Dune inspired mod at some stage but that can wait.

Mech Warrior Offline... also known as ground combat with tanks, at least until someone figures out animation of limbs.

EDIT: Honestly, how do you make all of your ships pancake flat and have such boring profiles? It's because of the blasted mail slit of a docking port on all the big stations. Everything has to be flat and boring. You know what made Freelancer good?

THIS STUFF.
Re: Games you'd mod LT into
No, actually, LT will probably be better at being Elite: Dangerous than Elite: Dangerous is, even on its own. And the ships won't all be triangles and trapezoids either.Dinosawer wrote:Elite: Dangerous, single player
