How big should updates about LT be?

Josh wants to deliver a large substantial update to his fans. The update has taken more than a month to complete. Some of Josh's fans would rather the updates were smaller and more frequent.
How big do you think LT updates should be?
Please select a length of time and a update type.

I would suggest:
- No text
- A couple sentences
- Several sentences
- A couple paragraphs
- Several paragraphs
- No pictures
- A couple pictures
- Several pictures
- Video
- Daily updates
- A few updates a week
- Weekly updates
- A couple updates a month
- Monthly updates
- An update every few months
- No updates
Seems like that would be a lot more informative and give people plenty of options to choose from regardless of how they feel.

I'd be happy with a few sentences but Josh feels uncomfortable with less than a paragraph.
At least that's what he told us once.
