I've been under the assumption that all the nebula/cloud shots I've been seeing have been chosen for their aesthetic appeal, and that not every sector in the game will be inundated with these clouds. I'd like to put my question to rest, but I didn't find anything by searching. Does anyone know if this has been mentioned by Josh, and what was stated? For my own part, I don't know what a realistic percentage of clouds to clear space is, but I hope the cloudy sectors are less numerous. I think that makes them more special. That said, I do think that nearby sectors should often be similar (i.e. in the same nebula), and not different just for the sake of difference.
