I am puzzled. All my
claiming attempts were made from the same account and IP address.
If what they say could be true, it would mean that
1) I could own and use 2 different HumbleBundle accounts that
2) are registered on the very same e-mail address and that
3) are linked to the same Steam account.
Finally,
4), I would operate both accounts from the same IP address on the same minutes -- smart me!
It is nonsense from head to tail.
I replied them that there must be some misunderstanding.
I politely asked them to allow me the benefit of the doubt and examine the activity logs.
I also stated that whichever key or keys they think that they sent me, they are surely yet to be redeemed (on the rationale that if it is true that a key is linked to my account, but for some reason I cannot see it, then nobody will redeem it and will eventually expire).
Now I wait. Will keep you updated.
