We knew it was PS4 exclusive for a long time.
But they have been saying they will release this year since before the PS4 came out. :/

And it's finally been released.
Early reviews: outside areas are gorgeous, and the pet Trico is an unforgettable companion character.
But the controls frequently make gameplay challenges incredibly frustrating, and the camera often is obscured in indoor areas.
Maybe early 2017 will see the controls/camera issues improved.
