Re: Shifting the Release Date to Early 2015

Like many others, I was not surprised of the delay. We could have seen it coming months ago !
I'm completely fine with it. I had to delay my phd defence, so in fact I'm glad Limit Theory won't be out before I have some spare time .
Josh, keep going but... Take a rest !! You are working way to hard, I deeply understand that LT is your little baby and you need to end it as soon as possible. Yet, maybe if you allow yourself a day off per week, as it was suggested, you would feel much better without delaying the release too far.
Now, I also agree with other members and I would say it like this : Mr Parnell is good... in fact : too good... He is perfectionist ! How many times have we read "I tweaked that because it doesn't appeal to me", "I spend some time to change the reflection on the thruster's bolt" (ok I am overstating).
The thing is: there will ALWAYS be something to improve, no matter how much work you put into this, there will always be new algorithms, new shaders or whatever techniques you could try. In french we have a saying : "Le mieux est l'ennemi du bien" which might be translated as "Better is worse than good".
Well I know I'm preaching to a converted, you said you'll focus on playability (but I also know you won't).
Now, go focus on things that really matter (collisions for instance ).
(Not trying to be patronizing, I just want to participate to the conversation, so that my name doesn't get lost in the abyss of the forum).
