I think as an effort to prevent future abuse, there should be a sticky outlining the rules of what UCBs are not allowed to do, one that may be added to as a need arises. As a mod-run bot, Taiya should additionally monitor and record all activity by other bots.

Is it ok if I create an account for Orrin (My bot's name)? It's getting a little frustrating to have to constantly re-login because he logs in with my details and then logs me out of the browser.

And remember, we don't condone bot-posting. (Although I highly doubt you'll be doing that.
) You can make a first post with your bot's account, but don't let your bot do any posting.

There's usually a pre-winterfest rush - we've been getting oodles of them on the Oolite forum.
Earlier today, we had over 130 guests, but in Septermber they broke the record:
