It describes the principal problem of bird watching.

Birds are usually small.
Often they fly, making it hard to get good pictures or see details.
If you get closer they fly away.
Birds are jerks.
There is no "I" in Tea. That would be gross.

From what I've heard, it's not "real" negative mass. That is, it doesn't warp space the wrong way. I think it's just some kind of metamaterial nonsense. :ugeek:
But then again, I've not researched any of this. :ghost:

nöp, its still stuff with positive mass.
just the part they took out to attibute negative effective mass to propelled backwards when they put light into the whole assembly.
