Re: Books!

Does anyone know about The Night's dawn trilogy by Peter F. Hamilton? It's a little weird sometimes but really EPIC ! Unfortunately it seems the writer is getting worse and worse as he writes... I cannot really approve that he is getting worse at writing from book to book, read nights dawn in sum t...

Re: Ship upkeep costs

with good tools to automate ammunition production and transport there should be no difference in the end.
im currently thinking about something like the logistics pipes from the minecraft mod buildcraft.
simple tools following simple rules which are capable of very complex behavior

Re: Ship upkeep costs

i think merging all ammunitions into one commodity would make the decision of which type of ammunition to carry with you quite moot. as josh already demonstrated that ammunition based weapons can use different types of ammunition, and having to supply different kinds of ammunitions would be some mic...

If it can manipulate position ...

maybe you should see to the FAQ

Re: Command Stacking

I'd like something similar for building structures if I ever need to build a bunch in one go. I believe this is a feature in SupCom 2. You could create blueprints of a base layout and have your construction units use the blueprint to create new versions of it. Fist: blueprints came at latest with t...

Re: Heisenberg Drive

So after skimming through this thread, I am extremely interested in offering my input on such a concept. I haven't had time to read through the details in depth and fully understand the fundamental ideas behind the H-Drive but as for aesthetics, how does loosely basing its design on an Alcubierre D...
