Yea, Egosoft is holding back quite a lot on marketing and generating hype, strangely as the game is supposed to be launched this year (probably for the Christmas sales) -> Else it would make sense for them to post more English interviews/previews/trailers. I dont think the UI will be a smooth and polished experience in X4. Thats just not Egosofts strong point. They want to allow a lot of actions, wich makes designing a UI for it a pretty complex task. I think the voice actors overdo it with the "cool".
When everyone tries to act "overcool", then it feels pressed.
In GTA5 for example, the was a much larger range of personality in voice acting, making the characters more interesting, and giving more options to present them.
